Terms & Conditions on booking with Rustic Mobile bars & Rustic Mobile Coffee

  • This is refundable except if the below is broken.

    If you cancel the booking the deposit will be lost.

    If any of your guests are found with alcohol that we have not sold. This is because wehold the licence and if any under age drinking take place or the police are call due to any trouble, we are the ones who are responsible.

    If there is any damage to ours bars or horsebox this will be billed minus your deposit.

    If all glassware isnt returned you will be billed, this will be deducted from the deposit and billed for anything owed.

  • We except a change of date if there are government restrictions put in place. But if the licence has been applied for you will be charged for a new licence as they dont refund.

  • If we supply this there will be no min spend put in place.

    If these are sourced from another company we will ask for a minimum spend of £500.

    We ask that table wine is removed once the meal is finished.

    We can offer glassware and may charge extra.

  • We apply for the licence and are responsible for who is drinking.

    We apply a think 25 serve policy and ask anyone who looks under 25 to have id with them.

    If we find any underage drinking, we may shut the bar early and leave. You will also lose your deposit.

  • We will ask to confirm numbers 1 month before for the licence and also 2 weeks before for stock and staff

    If your numbers are under 50 guests, we will put a min spend of £500

  • We ask for pre-paid tokens, table wine etc to be paid 2 weeks before the event.

    Left over or unused drink is non-refundable.

    Deposit is to be paid when booking form is sent back, date cannot be reserved without deposit being paid.

    Licence is to be paid a month before the event.
